Live locally? We also offer FREE delivery with a minimum £5 spend if your delivery address is within the LS18 postcode area. We aim to deliver locally on a Tuesday and Friday. Tuesday deliveries must be placed by 4pm Monday. Friday deliveries must be placed by 4pm Thursday.
PLEASE NOTE: Although all our t-shirts and hoodies come with FREE UK delivery, they do not form part of our local LS18 offer. To enable this offer, please order your garment separately from other items on our site.
Delivery of Our T-shirts and Hoodies
Our t-shirts and hoodies are sent directly from our print partner’s UK factory, so will arrive separately from other items that you have purchased from our site. Due to this, delivery times will be different. We aim to deliver your items within:
3 - 5 days (UK)
3 - 10 days (Europe/Rest of world)
However, occasionally delays do occur. Please allow up to 21 days for your order to arrive.
T-shirt and Hoody Delivery Rates
- Standard UK delivery: FREE
- Standard Europe delivery rates: £4
- Standard Rest of world delivery rates: £5
UK orders are posted by Royal Mail 1st Class, and will usually arrive within 1-2 days after posting. However, during busy periods it may take a little longer.
Delivery of heavy weight items:
Our heavy weight items are couriered by DPD. These items should be delivered within 1-2 days (Mon - Fri) after posting.
Royal Mail Special Delivery should arrive 1 day after posting, although Royal Mail advise it can take up to 3 days.
UK Delivery Rates
Our delivery rates are banded by weight and come in the following bands:
- Small (up to 0.1 kg): £1.50
- Medium (0.1 kg – 0.3 kg): £2.50
- Large (0.3 kg – 1.0 kg): £4.50
- X Large (1.0 kg – 2.0 kg): £6.50
- Heavy parcel - Couriered (2.0 kg – 10.0 kg): £8.00
Deliveries up to 0.25kg to Europe are sent by Royal Mail International Standard, with a 3-5 working day delivery aim from date of posting. Deliveries from 0.25kg-2.0kg are sent as Royal Mail Tracked, with a 3-4 working day delivery aim from date of posting.
Europe Delivery Rates
- Standard (up to 0.25 kg): £5.00
- Tracked (0.25 kg – 2.0 kg): £12.00
Rest of World Delivery
Deliveries up to 0.25kg to the Rest of the World are sent by Royal Mail International Standard, with a 6-7 working day delivery aim from date of posting. Deliveries from 0.25kg-2.0kg are sent as Royal Mail Tracked, with a 5-7 working day delivery aim from date of posting.
Rest of World Delivery Rates
- Standard (up to 0.25 kg): £6.00
- Tracked (0.25 kg – 2.0 kg): £19.00
For all Europe and Rest of World items heavier than 2.0kg, please get in touch with us at email@example.com for a delivery price.
Please note that any import taxes are to be paid by the customer.
We hope that you will be happy with your item(s), but if for any reason you aren't then please get in touch with us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Items returned due to damage or incorrect products received will be eligible for free return postage. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage receipt for your parcel as these details will be needed in order for us to refund your postage costs.
Please be aware that we may request a picture of the damaged item.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer free return postage costs if you are sending back a product that isn't damaged or incorrect.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
